* Students : Please download your student card or a university certificate that makes mention of your current studies and level to the next step.

* Young investigators of AFM-Telethon and Biotherapies Institute in 2021 (pre-doctoral and post-doctoral students)

* Alumni of the Summer School of Myology of Paris, AcadeMYO or EVELAM

Registration fee includes access to all conferences, coffee breaks, congress bag with documentation (program, abstract book.....)

Payment:

No registration will be processed without the corresponding payment or copy of an official order (France). On receiving your application form we will send you a confirmation back as well as an invoice.

Cancellation policy and refund:

Please notify by writing if you wish to cancel or modify your registration.

Cancellation until 15 July 2022: refund of the total amount except 15 euros fee for the registration.
Cancellation after 15 July 2022: no possible refund
